Crack eggs without getting shells !

Should you use eggs?
But afraid to include eggshells in the food?
- Then crack the egg against a flat surface, and call the egg in a glass!
We humans are generally too careless when we cook and serve food. In order for the guests to feel safe, we should prepare the food with safety in focus. We should therefore not include ingredients that can get stuck in the throats of guests.
When cracking eggs, small chips of eggshell often loosen and end up in the food. Often we do not care, but since eggshells are very hard at this early stage of bird development, we should be careful that no eggshells that guests can put in their throats or that can stick to guests’ tongue should be included in the food.

The trick with cracking eggs so that no peel remains come, is to crack the egg against a flat surface so that the egg’s membrane remains completely, and then pour the egg into a glass and look closely for egg chips!
What you need:
Eggs, glasses, and a bowl
.
How to do it – 3 easy steps:
1. Begin by cracking the egg on a flat surface:
.
You should try to crack the egg so that the membrane inside the shell remains as whole as possible:
.
2. Now pour the egg into a glass:
.
.
.
3. Now look in the glass, to see if any peel residue has fallen into the glass:
.
- Do you find any peel residue?
.
Also check under the glass that no shell chips have been hidden anywhere:
.
If you have not found any peel residue, you can pour the egg into the bowl that you intend to use for your baking / cooking:
Done!
If you still find peel residue in the glass, you can take half the egg shell and fish up the peel with:
.
Here we have fished the shellfish:
Since the eggshell is a little slimy, it grabs the shell bit in a very effective way and you can easily get the shell out of the glass. And you save on disk too!
.
More information about this test:
Egg shells contain, among other things, lime, and the structure of the egg changes as the egg approaches hatching.
At the beginning of the chicken / bird’s development, the shell is very hard, but as the chicken consumes the calcium contained in the shell, the shell becomes softer and the chicken can hatch the egg from within.
If you crack an egg directly in a bowl, you could get scraps in the food that the guests can put in their throats.
Good luck !
