This table is only approximate, and the arrow goes various length depending on a number of factors, but this setup can be used as a "standard table" to see how many lbs most archers use at which distance.

Remember that the arrow begins to decline after a while, so you should angle the bow at a higher angle, the greater the distance you shoot at.
