Swallowing exercise with a pacifier – cheap and easy !

- Make your own mouthguard of a cut pacifier and swallow at home -
Do you have difficulty swallowing?
Do you need to train the pharynx?
Then you can make your own dumbbell, cheap and easy!
Maybe you, or someone in your acquaintance, is suffering from swallowing difficulties?
Then it can be good to exercise a few minutes daily with a so-called dumbbell / mouthguard!
A mouth dumbbell is a small screen with a handle on which you insert between the lips and front teeth, and then pull out the screen while tightening the lips. Then you should stay in that position for a while.

Dumbbells have been used for many years in health care and the dumbbell provides quick results.
Even after a week, the person who has been exercising daily gets easier to swallow their food.
It is usually recommended that you exercise a few minutes a day.

Then, grasp the eyelet and pull the mouthguard outward, while squeezing your lips and trying to keep the mouthguard in your mouth. Stay in this position for as long as you can!

- Doing your own dumbbell -
The problem with dumbbells is that they are so expensive.
That is why we have come up with a way to make their own dumbbell, by a clipped pacifier. It’s both cheaper and easier to get hold of.
Instead of buying a professional mouthguard for hundreds of kronor, which you can still not be sure fits your mouth, it is much more efficient to go into a baby shop and buy a pacifier for a few twenty pennies!

How to use:
Take a pacifier and cut off the tits:

For the pacifier to the mouth:

Insert pacifier between lips and front teeth and feel good after sitting:

Now grasp the pacifier’s eye and pull the pacifier outward, while tightening the lips. Now all body parts that have to do with swallowing are activated and you get an effective workout:

Then take the next pacifier and cut off the tits:

Swallowing is a very complicated process that takes many body parts into account and if you can train these parts, you can swallow more controlled and thus reduce the risks of swallowing.
Our review has shown that you do not have to buy professional mouth guards / swallow trainers for hundreds of kronor, but it is good to buy a pacifier at a baby shop for a few twenty pennies and cut off the pout.
